Thank you for shopping at Sanovat. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items marked as "final sale"
Customized or personalized items

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at dylansohn1988@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
